All home delivery orders will be processed and delivered to customers based on their type of delivery, ranging between 10am – 6pm.
While we aim for timely delivery, factors like traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Kindly note that deliveries are not available on Sundays or Public Holidays.

Yes! You may track your orders via your Purchase Order under ‘My Account’ after logging in. A tracking number will be provided once your order is processed. For any further inquiries, you may contact our customer service through the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website or email us.
At the moment, MediStore does not deliver internationally and orders are allowed for delivery within Singapore only.

Supplier will provide a 7 day return policy which a Customer may return an item that is undamaged, unopened, with tags still attached (at Customer’s own expense).
Supplier will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within 7 days of the item being received. The cost of delivering such replacements to the Customer will be borne by the Supplier.
Supplier will not provide any policy for any claims placed on an item after 7 days of being received.
In the event if an item is cancelled due to out of stock, full refund will be made. Please be informed that the refund value will be based on the amount you have paid after promotion discount.
No cancellation is allowed.
